Hey guys, can you believe it? Today marks the 2nd anniversary of my channel! Whether you've been with me from the start, joined somewhere along the way, or just found my channel recently, I want to thank all of you π€
I still remember posting my first video two years ago. All it took was a few clicks to upload, but my heart was racing like crazy. I thought my channel would grow easily because, after all, I was creating fun videos to help people learn Korean with Going Seventeen, which everyone loves. But wow, I was SO wrong π
I thought my videos would be revolutionary, like those vitamin gummies haha. But in reality, people looking for something healthy don't necessarily want to get their nutrients from candy, and people wanting a snack don't go to the pharmacy to buy it. When I realized that, I honestly felt like giving up. However, every time I had those thoughts, I would see the people who liked and supported my videos, and that kept me going. So I truly want to thank you all.
Now that two years have passed, both my mindset and situation have changed a lot. But one thing that hasn't changed is that I still want to keep making videos. My goals aren't that big anymore. I just want to keep sharing everything I know with you for as long as I can, without stressing too much about growing the channel, and hopefully, continue being helpful to you.
I used to be pretty confident in my memory, so I could easily recall which expressions I used in which videos, in what order, and with which examples. But lately, it's been harder to keep track, so I've decided to create a master list (I'll finish it and share it with you before the year ends). I've already drafted a rough outline, and there are quite a few fun/useful expressions, so I'm thinking it might be a good idea to put together some shorts as a quick review. So, my plan for this year is to complete the 2024 Useful Expressions Series and upload various shorts.

I wanted to share that I've been joyfully running this channel all by myself, uploading weekly for the past 68 weeks without a break. It's been an incredible journey, sharing my knowledge and seeing how much you all appreciate it. Your support is the biggest reason I love making videos, and I'm committed to continuing for as long as possible.
To ensure I can keep doing this sustainably, I've decided to take a break. This will help me come back refreshed and ready to provide fun and informative content.
But don't worry, I'll be back soon! I plan to return with the 'Useful Expressions Series' from GOING SEVENTEEN 2024 at the latest, though I might return earlier.
