B Lewis Fitness is a fitness company that provides personal/online training specifically for skinny men. It is my goal to simplify fitness and nutrition concepts, so that skinny men will be able to build 5-10lbs of more muscle, increase their strength on the big 3 lifts, and gain self-confidence in their body. The number one priority that Brandon instills in his clients is developing a strategy that will allow them to remain lean (high muscle/low fat) for life.
Originally from Chicago, Brandon had an early interest in basketball and fitness from a young age. At the start of college, Brandon was 6’1,170lbs, but through the next few years, learned what works well for naturally skinny guys to add muscle mass and grew to 6’3 205lbs.
