Hello everyone, I'm Tuti McGovern originally from Java Indonesia but have lived in New Zealand since 2004, I have been cooking since I was a young girl with my mother who owned a Warung (small Cafe) in Semarang Central Java and with my Grandmother in Bandung Western Java.
I later lived on Christmas Island (Indian Ocean) for 10 years where a unique fusion of Asian recipes are used.
My recipes are a blend of Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Chinese, Christmas Island and of course Kiwi style, I would like to share all my recipes and ideas with you all and hope you can enjoy some of them.
