More than seven years after I uploaded it, my Six Flags New Orleans documentary has reached one million views. I never thought that a video of mine would reach this kind of viewership, especially at the time I was making it. This was just a small passion project that I made over Christmas break in 2014, but somebody must have liked it, and it has consistently been getting views ever since. SFNO: KBK was the starting point that led to me making more amusement park documentaries, and now, dedicated coaster/amusement park content. I am so grateful to all one million of you who clicked on this video, and to everyone else who has watched a video of mine. You all make it even more enjoyable to do what I love doing.
To all my local friends, I will finally be returning to Kennywood tomorrow for their passholder day, so if you're planning on being there, keep an eye out for me and feel free to say hi! We all knew this day would come. After an 83 year run, Conneaut Lake Park's Blue Streak caught fire today, and it was already in the process of being demolished. Despite the best efforts of a multitude of people in the coaster community, we just couldn't save it.

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING. Everyone’s been asking for this for years, and now Phantom’s Revenge is finally getting repainted! So far purple is in the lead, and if it does win, it will look really sharp on the track! I’ll always love the original teal though. I’m hyped to finally see Phantom getting the repaint it deserves!

My newest documentary will tell the history of Herschend Family Entertainment's Celebration City, a theme park that operated for six seasons only ten minutes away from Silver Dollar City. With notable attractions like the GCI Ozark Wildcat and the laser show Nightfire, this park deserves to be remembered. Celebration City: Nightlife of the Ozarks premieres this Friday. See you then!
