一個性情冷淡的人前往一個熱情的地方時，我遇到了很多好人好事，包括其他徒步者和當地人，他們給了我支持和鼓勵，讓我感受到人的善良。今天是我獨自一人完成West Highland Way 的最後一天，蘇格蘭高地美得令人驚嘆，儘管天氣惡劣，地形崎嶇，但我堅持下去，為自己感到自豪，這是一段不可思議的旅程，感激那些鼓勵我和陌生人的善意。 在片尾我想花一點時間表達對所有幫助我完成這段旅程的人的感激之情。特別在Facebook West Highland Way 群組中為我打氣和支持的人，謝謝你們。你們的鼓勵和關心給了我繼續前進的動力。 站在終點 Man With Sore Feet雕像時感到不惜，但我也對接下來的事情感到興奮。這段旅程已經結束了，我期待著新的冒險和旅行。
Today, I wrapped up my solo winter trek on the West Highland Way. It's late at night here in Fort William Backpackers Hostel, and I'm filled with a mix of emotions. The journey from Kinlochleven to Fort William was challenging, but I made it! The Scottish Highlands were breathtaking, yet the trek was demanding. Despite the harsh weather and rugged terrain, I pushed through and I'm proud of my achievement. Along the way, I met incredible people - fellow hikers and locals, whose kindness touched my heart. This journey taught me the power of perseverance and the importance of community. I'm grateful to everyone who supported me and excited for my next adventure. As I bid goodbye to the West Highland Way, I feel a tinge of sadness. The journey was tough, but the encouragement from the Facebook group was my strength. 今天是我在冬季蘇格蘭獨自徒步West Highland Way的第八天
2023年3月15日, 在人口只有一千人的小鎮裡，竟然找到香港菜？
從Kingshouse到Kinlochleven, 15公里（露營地每晚15英鎊）
今天，我在被雪山環繞的地方徒步，這是一次與眾不同的體驗。
我在小徑上走，周圍的美景讓我驚嘆不已。空氣清新，腳下的雪嘎吱作響，讓我充滿活力。
中午時候，我登上了「魔鬼梯」，看到了下面雪覆蓋的山谷的全景。風景如此美麗，我站在那裡一會兒，呼吸著新鮮的山風，感受著臉上的冷風。
這次體驗真正令人敬畏，讓我感到謙卑，感謝有機會見證如此自然的美。這提醒我們在這個廣大的世界中是多麼的渺小，還有多少東西可以探索和發現。我感到非常幸運能夠沉浸在這個令人難以置信的環境中，我不會忘記這次穿越雪山的驚人之旅。

當我爬上魔鬼的樓梯時，有人把航拍機飛到我頭頂上方，這讓我感到驚訝。我猜他們是從魔鬼的樓梯頂部開始飛的。然而，我立即採取了行動。我跳舞來向航拍機示意，然後放下我的背包，拿出我的DJI航拍機。我從山腰飛起我的航拍機，給他們一個有力的回應，影片中會展示我的飛行技巧😎

Today, I had an unforgettable trek in the snow. It was my first time seeing and touching snow, and the view of the snow-covered valleys and mountains was breathtaking. The fresh air and the sound of snow crunching under my feet made me feel alive😝
I was surprised by a drone flying above my head while I was walking up the Devil’s Staircase. But I quickly took out my own DJI drone and showed off my flying skills😘
Good news - Insta360 company responded today. They are willing to arrange the shipment of the brand new Insta360 X3 to Fort William immediately👍

今天是我在West Highland Way的獨自冬季徒步的第七天
我從Bridge of Ohchy橋到Kingshouse（野營）走了20公里。這是我第一次雪地徒步，我一直夢寐以求的雪景終於出現在我眼前，美得如同我在香港收集的關於蘇格蘭冬季的圖片一樣。我完全沉浸在驚人的風景中，無法自拔。
昨天，那兩位好心人比我早出發去Kinlochleven露營。
當我穿越Glencoe Valley時，我不斷被風景所驚訝和驚嘆。即使沒有高聳的山脈，這裡的景色仍然有令人震撼的影響。每當我以為一切都結束了，又會出現另一座壯麗的山或美麗的風景，讓我驚嘆不已。被雪山包圍，讓我深深感受到大自然的偉大和無窮魅力。我深深地意識到，這裡的風景如此美妙而獨特。
不幸的是，今天我的相機鏡頭玻璃刮花了，我也丟了我的防水褲。幸運的是，我還有一條軟殼褲和一件羽絨服。我計劃在Fort William買一條新的防水褲。
Today was a fantastic day on my solo winter trek on the West Highland Way. I experienced snow hiking for the first time and was amazed by the beautiful snow-covered scenery. The journey through Glencoe Valley was breathtaking, with stunning landscapes and snow-capped mountains.
Unfortunately, I broke my camera lens and lost my waterproof pants. I still have a pair of softshell pants and a down jacket, and I plan to buy new waterproof pants in Fort William.

第5集路線:Tyndrum到Bridge Of Ohchy
我獨自在西高地小徑冬季徒步的第六天。
今天的天氣與前四天完全不同，變得很野。風、雨、雪都混在一起。
經過這一次，我體會到雪季徒步的好處。在山上行走，美麗的山峰出現在我眼前，風雪和雨打在我身上，空氣變得新鮮，花兒散發出雨的香氣。雨霧飄蕩，山峰時隱時現，只有眼睛才能看到，相機無法捕捉到那一刻的美。
但接下來的幾天也相當具有挑戰性。冬季徒步的供應問題，強風和雨使徒步變得困難。幸好，我在Green Welly Shop買了一雙新的鞋墊，一種治療腳痛的膏藥，和Compeed的鞋潤滑油，這些都幫助我克服了困難。
今天是倒霉的一天，但也是幸運的一天。不幸的是，我丟了我的防水褲，只剩下一條軟殼褲和羽絨褲。此外，當我在Bridge Of Orchy搭帳篷時，我不小心折斷了一根帳篷釘，只能在Kinlochleven買一個新的。
幸運的是，當我在Bridge Of Orchy搭帳篷時，我的帳篷釘斷了，這讓我困擾，因為我少了一個。正當我感到迷茫的時候，我遇到了兩個英國人，他們直接向我打招呼，說："嘿，Fungo!" 我感到困惑，不知道他們怎麼知道我的名字？原來他們在Facebook上看到了我的徒步記錄帖子，所以他們立刻認出了我。

在這個陌生的地方，我遇到了這麼友善的人，他們的善良和慷慨讓我感到非常溫暖和感動。我將永遠珍藏這個美好的經歷，並希望有一天我也能像這兩個英國人那樣幫助需要的人。
Day 6 of my solo winter trek on the West Highland Way was a mix of challenges and surprises. The weather turned wild with wind, rain, and snow all at once. Despite the harsh conditions, the beauty of the snowy mountains was breathtaking. The fresh air and the scent of rain-soaked flowers were unforgettable.
The journey wasn’t easy. I lost my waterproof pants and broke a tent peg. But every cloud has a silver lining. I met two friendly Brits who knew me from my Facebook posts. They kindly gave me a new tent peg when they found out mine was broken. Their kindness warmed my heart in this unfamiliar place.
Despite the challenges, I’m grateful for the experience and the unexpected friendships made along the way. Here’s to more adventures and meeting kind souls in the journey of life.

第四集是我在西高地之路上獨自徒步的第四天，從Doune Bothy走到Tyndrum，全程24公里，用時9小時。早上在Bothy醒來的感覺比在家裡的床上還要舒服！我睡得很好，清理乾淨後，我繼續前往Tyndrum的旅程。不幸的是，我的腳跟仍然疼痛，但有時會疼，有時又不疼。今天的天氣仍然很好，白天沒有風、雨或雪。太陽提供了一些溫暖。
今天我走錯了兩次路，大約600米。這是因為天色在下午6點左右變暗，我用了最低亮度的頭燈。我看不清楚路，那時我的腳很疼。所以我心情不好，當我意識到錯誤時，我只想說"：*#&_@🤗"。但是，當我到達Tyndrum的餐廳，吃了一頓豐盛的晚餐後，我現在感覺很好。
今天我遇到了一個來自美國的電影導演，我們在路上交叉了四次。我在Milngavie的起點幫他拍了一張自拍照，晚上我們在Tyndrum Inn Bar再次相遇。
我已經決定了！明天將是我休息的一天。我不會做任何事情，讓我的腳得到需要的休息，以便我可以繼續剩下的旅程。
EP4 was my fourth day of solo hiking on the West Highland Way, from Doune Bothy to Tyndrum, a total of 24km in 9 hours. Waking up in the Bothy this morning felt more comfortable than my own bed at home! I had a great sleep, and after cleaning up, I continued my journey to Tyndrum. Unfortunately, my heel is still causing me pain, but it’s strange because sometimes it hurts and sometimes it doesn’t. The weather on Day 4 was still pleasant with no wind, rain, or snow during the day. The sun provided some warmth.
I took a wrong turn twice today, about 300 meters. This happened because it was getting dark around 6 pm and I used my headlamp on its lowest brightness setting. I couldn’t see the trail very well and my feet were hurting at that point. So I got in a bad mood. When I realized my mistake, I just wanted to say “:*#&_@🤗”. But when I got to the restaurant in Tyndrum and had a great meal, I felt good.
I crossed paths with a man four times today who happens to be a movie director from the USA. I helped him take a selfie at the starting point of Milngavie and we later met at the Tyndrum Inn Bar this evening.
I HAVE DECIDED!!! That tomorrow will be a rest day for me. I won’t be doing anything and will give my feet the rest they need so that I can continue the rest of my journey.

Hello大家好，三年了，這一次終於衝出亞洲，獨遊前往歐洲
我剛踏足英國，這條片會跟大家分享我17小時長途機的經歷、進入駕駛室、和入境英國被問到的問題。
首先，這次搭乘的航班號碼是AF185, AF 1680的航班，從出發地HKG飛往目的地LHR，經巴黎轉機，一個大約17小時的長途飛行。
單程機票12000TWD 包兩件23公斤的託運行李，一個箱放４支鯊魚，另一個放露營裝備，能夠帶自己鍾意的毛公仔一齊去旅遊真的是一件賞心樂事。
其實，17個小時長途機真是不容易。很多時間都是坐著，雖然有好多娛樂選擇，例如看戲、聽歌和遊戲，但也是會有點悶。
等到飛機降落在倫敦機場的時候，我真是好興奮！我第一次踏足英國，感覺很所有東西都很新鮮。天氣好寒，而且好多建築物都是很古老的樣子，跟香港很不同。
總括而言，17個小時的長途機真是不容易，但我一到英國就有一種煥然一新的感覺。我期待可以在英國過一個難忘的旅程，探索蘇格蘭的風景。
