PS5 owners/prospective owners, do you plan to buy ‘PSVR 2’ - the next generation of VR for PS5?
WATCH NOW FOR NEW SPECS LEAK BLOWOUT!: youtu.be/CMIhtqHqH-0
Following a secret Sony developer summit surprising new specs have leaked for NGVR, the codename for Next Generation Virtual Reality for PlayStation 5. And like Digital Foundry’s Richard Leadbetter claimed it’s ‘EVEN BETTER’ specs than what has previously been revealed. It has features that include foveated rendering, Flexible Scaling Resolution, HDR, anti-VR sickness technology and capacitive touch sensors in the bespoke VR controllers. The cutting edge hardware demonstrates that Sony is committed to establishing NGVR for PS5. I know there are a lot of people on the internet who say they want it. I want it. But is enough. Do you want it enough to buy it?

Should Spider-Man 2 get a cross-gen release on PS4?
I know I’m not the only one really looking forward to the next full Spider-Man sequel. It hasn’t even been announced yet and could be a good two years from release so you might then assume that this is guaranteed to be a PS5-only game, but that might not be the case…
I look at the business and technical reasons that PlayStation considers on whether to make a game cross-gen and what makes a new-generation game (spoiler alert, it’s not just 4K). And I give you my shocking answer to the poll question.
Come watch the 16 minute deep dive video here: 👉🏼 https://youtu.be/ql7nZz8PE-c
And tell me how you answer the big question. Cheers!

Hi.
For anyone interested I wanted to update you that the next episode, part 5 of How PlayStation Won 2020, won't be up today, i'm sorry about this. I've been working on it all day and I really had hoped to have it premiere tonight. Whilst technically I have near 'completed' all nine episodes there's still a lot of work to do on each one and I have to make adjustments and add the soundtrack. And for part 5 I had to write and add a new section today because of something topical and relevant.
Also, there's a saying about a good workman never blames his tools but...! I'm working with a MacBook Air 2012 which is really slow, it lags, keeps crashing etc. So it probably quadruples the time I take. But rest assured the next episode it's coming and should be up on (Edit!) Monday.
I'm really looking forward to showing Part 6 which covers the PS5 conference in June last year. It's a bit different but I had a lot of fun reliving it!
Part 7 is the Xbox July conference.
Part 8 (title to be confirmed) is the build up
Part 9 Covers the PS5 launch!
Thank you for reading.

What is the most innovative feature of the PlayStation 5?
The PS5 does a lot of cool new things that its predecessor can’t which improves the PlayStation gaming experience. The SSD makes games load much quicker, and in optimised games it means you will be able to get Ratchet & Clank near-immediate level loading.
The DualSense's innovative haptics and adaptive triggers mean you can FEEL sensations that you simply can't with other controllers.

I actually love that PS4 backwards compatibility but this poll only allows me to select two options! But if there's anything else like the 3D Audio let me know!
