Many coaches will be called to work with teams, groups, and systems. In todayâs world we increasingly find ourselves in multiple teams: at work with colleagues, in communities, at school, in associations, sporting, and so on. Teams and groups form, perform, and disband at an astonishing rate.
This community is focused on the challenges, methodologies, and successes of team and group coaching. Coaches from six continents and over 50 countries participate in this community and it consists of nearly 800 professional coaching practitioners. The global community leaders are Karl Van Hoey, PCC (Europe - based in Antwerp, Belgium) and Chris Padgett, PCC (North America - based in Louisville, Kentucky, USA).
