Hate filled neighbors. I have some neighbors that are full of hate and they have placed a device on the house I am renting and have placed a device on my car. They keep trying to over take cell phone and disrupt my peace every day and night. I have reached out to every law enforcement department for assistance in finding the devices so as to determine who installed them and prosecute them. Any suggestions on what to do next?
