About
LIFE CHANDELIER develops and demonstrates innovative solutions for the production of sustainable biomethane from agri-food waste on a small to medium scale in rural areas. Its goal is to promote the circular economy by utilizing waste, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing sustainability and energy self-sufficiency in these regions.
The project will be validated in a pilot plant in Valderrobres, Teruel, incorporating advanced technologies such as thermo-extrusion, anaerobic co-digestion, and a biogas upgrading system with hydrophobic membranes.
