Going to smoke/grill some chicken tomorrow so I can try out these hot sauces I bought from Pepper Joe's and The Way Hot Sauce and possibly some store bought.. I'm also going to make my homemade hot sauces to compare flavors.. I love spicy foods and I might do it all live on my Youtube channel Joe's BBQ House and in my Facebook group if I get enough Likes and Comments on this post..

I'm so Sorry everyone that I haven't put any content up on this channel like I normally do but I promise next week I should be healed enough to get back on track. All my cooks are outside and I'm a one man crew. Setting up camera gear outside and preparing meats is a lot when in pain. I should be better next week to set up and get the ball rolling. I'm only posting content in my Joe's Pepper House channel cause it's all contained in my office. Love you and hope you understand my situation.
