Episode #200 is.... The Unexpected Race (2018)!
For our 200th episode we'll be doing something completely new... Reviewing a REMAKE of a movie we've already done. Stephen Groo got a second crack at his elf/human romance and this time it "stars" Jack Black!
It'll still be a week or so before this episode is out due to some scheduling conflicts, but it's coming before long!

We'll have a new episode out this weekend! We're finally going back to one of our favorite auteurs Sean-Michael Argo, the mind behind Ember Days, and discussing his most recent film Binary Samurai!
Sorry for the slow roll on episodes lately. As much as we'd love this to be our full-time job, it's a side gig and we've been really busy over the past few months. We're hoping to get back on a more consistent schedule very soon and we appreciate your patience!

2023 Christmas Episode Update
Hey everyone,
The 2023 Christmas episode on "A Dog for Christmas" is done, but we're currently battling copyright claims trying to get it up. If we could post it without monetizing we would, but it's literally being completely blocked at the moment. We've filed disputes and are doing everything we can to get it settled.
I'm hoping we'll still have it up in time for Christmas, but we can't make any promises right now.

Hey all,
Bryan here with something fun to share. I recently got a chance to direct a short film for the 48 Hour Film Project with a crew of incredibly talented people.
For those that don't know, in the 48HFP you get 2 genres to pick from, a character, a line of dialogue, and a prop, that all must be included in your movie and then you get exactly 48 hours to write, shoot, and edit a short film that is 5-7 minutes long.
We're very happy with how it turned out, and we ended up sweeping most of the awards at the city we entered including Best Film, Audience Choice, Best Directing, Best Writing, Best Acting, Best Cinematography, and more. Now we get a chance to compete at the international festival in Lisbon, Portugal next year.
So here's the final product. Hope you enjoy!
