For anyone, I did watch the Crunchyroll Anime Awards. I wanted to give a few thoughts that I wanted to give since I don't think I can put it in a video. One of the biggest things is that I know that it's a popularity contest since its first year, but I don't think it's been this biased since 2016 or 2017. MAPPA absolutely deserves credit for the work that they have done, but Anime in general is not just about Shounen Anime. I might make a video about Shounen Anime in the future actually but for now, this is a copium post.
- One Piece got more awards than Oshi No Ko
- Jujutsu Kaisen's ED beat out Oshi No Ko despite Oshi No Ko's popularity in media
- Horimiya Pieces won Romance most likely for popularity and I know most people didn't even watch Pieces
- Jujutsu Kaisen sweep (expected but still)
- The only category that I completely agreed with was Best Original Anime (Buddy Daddies won and other categories there were some that was okay)
The MAJOR complaint that I have, even if you don't care about the things above, is that I can't wait for people to see that they messed up because Jujutsu Kaisen Shibuya Arc did not start airing until August 31st, meaning only 5 episodes were out for the cutoff date (September and that Fall Anime is not included). Most likely, Jujutsu Kaisen will make a return as Cour 2, just like how it was in 2020 and 2021. You should specify if it's Cour 1 or Cour 2, not just only say Cour 2. If this occurs, then that means Jujutsu Kaisen would most likely win again.
Last year was one of the best years of anime, especially for shows outside Shounen. It's a shame that a lot of anime just wasn't recognized and it has always been this way. But every year as anime keeps getting better, it's crazy that it seems like there's nothing good other than Shounen and the same exact Shounen shows when it comes to these awards. Maybe next year it will get better, but it's looking very grim.
Hopefully I can make videos soon as I do have ideas but I have been incredibly busy and it doesn't look like there will be a chance for me to do so.

Happy holidays everyone! I was planning on making an end of year video but as I was writing the script in November, I realized that it would take quite a while to make the video and have been very busy with the holidays. I also noticed that most of the anime that was on my list I already talked about in my other videos. Aside from taking personal time off, it will be a while before my next video, if I ever do come back as some things have come up like school. It's been a year since this channel has started and hopefully 2024 will be a good year as well. Here's my list of the top anime I watched this year.

What an end of an era god dang was this a good year of anime. Both Pokemon and Attack on Titan were also going to be a large part of the video as they did a lot for people's childhoods, including myself. Cannot wait for next year as I have previewed Spring 2024 and it looks absolutely stacked.
