We honestly eat soy sauce chicken too much in our household. A lot of times I get home from work only to find out that we ran out of protein in our fridge and I forgot to thaw something. So i just make this recipe with FROZEN drumsticks. The meat always comes out tender and juicy, and the skin is just absolutely sweet and delicious.
