We just wanted to thank everyone who watches our videos for helping us get to 2,000 SUBSCRIBERS! Cupcake and I love to travel as much as possible and we have a lot of plans going forward! If you've been following us for a while you know we built out a 6x10 enclosed cargo trailer and travel all over the country - our little cargo trailer has over 30,000 miles on it so far! We've visited the southwest US primarily, but we have lots of plans to visit the east coast and spend some time in Canada! Plus, we absolutely love our little cabin we've built in Tennessee and look forward to showing you more of that - it's amazing! We're spending time in Louisiana right now and catching up on some of the amazing things this state has to offer, so let us know if you have any suggestions for us! We recently returned (to Colorado) from Washington where we visited several sights in and near North Cascades NP - it was amazing! Here's a pic of Cupcake as we were starting our hike up Cascade Pass Trail - that was a challenge! It was cold and overcast the whole way and really didn't improve, but it was an incredible hike! We'll have that video up in the near future (as well as from an amazing hike up Sauk Mountain!).

We just had an amazing bacon cheeseburger at Soda Pop Junction in Lynnville, Tennessee! Initially, I was skeptical as they advertise that they have the "best hamburger in Tennessee", so I had high expectations. I have to say I was impressed! The burger was cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely, the bacon was extra crispy (as I requested), the bun was fluffy, and the fries were flavorful and crispy - a solid 9.5/10 (didn't want to give a perfect score right out of the gate!).
It got us thinking. We're about to start another extended trip (leaving in July, don't know if/when we'll return) and we've been doing research on "best burgers", "best bakery", etc., but we want to hear from you. We'll be traveling all over the northern half of the US (and into Canada) from Tennessee to Washington state. If you're in that area, let us know about your favorite burger restaurant, local bakery, etc., so we can try to visit when we pass through the area! If we're able to try it out we'll mention who recommended the place! We think we're going to do a lot of shorts on amazing places we find/visit, so let us know what you think!

Hi everyone! We have been dealing with COVID (ugh) for the past couple of weeks (Cornbread has been under the weather all of January), so we haven't been able to do as many videos. We're gearing up to do several videos on our Coleman stove and Blackstone griddle (our experiences, cooking tips, etc.), more off grid builds (outdoor shower with on demand hot water, water retention, etc.), and lots more travel (a few National Parks and other spots in the central US). Thanks for sticking with us!

We're Cupcake and Cornbread and we are starting on a new journey! Join us for adventures all over North America, reviews of products we use, recipes and food reviews, as well as information on our 6x10 enclosed cargo trailer build-out to a camper! We’ve also started to try out off-grid living and we’re loving it! So far we’ve built an outdoor kitchen and basic micro cabin, now we’re working on an outdoor shower, water collection system and a basic elevated cabin. We're based out of Tennessee, but stay tuned because who knows where we'll be next! We are just starting out, so join us for lots of fun and adventure!
