this channel depicts my attempts to cure my complex-PTSD, depression, and anxiety in a way that I'm calling "the hard way." It took 35 years for all this stuff to get wired, of course there is no easy way out. Anyone who tries to sell you an "easy way" is probably lying/trying to get your monies.
Anything easy, hasn't worked. But what I've been doing recently, without medication, HAS been working. And it most definitely has NOT been easy. But I don't care, I'd rather take a hard solution that works, than an easy one that doesn't.
I'll show you my experiences, processes and opinions, about C-PTSD, depression, anxiety and numerous related topics.
