CapoDon whose given name is Clifton Clifford Grant was born and raised in Portmore Jamaica where he did most of his schooling, CapoDon grew up between Portmore and Waltam, CapoDon then move to St.Ann for about 2-3 years before moving to London in 2003 where finished schooling, by 2004 CapoDon realised that he had a love for music but even tho he loved music Capo did not know how to deajay, but that didn't stop him from try, by 2006 CapoDon realised that he had a crazy but unique writing skills so he started to write alot of songs but he still hadn't recorded any of them yet, he still needed to learn to deajay so began practicing and he never stop, even though a lot of people told him that he could not do it he still never gave up. Between late 2008 - early 2009 CapoDon don was now ready to voice his first song in a real studio "Make The Paper" and was good but Capo still believed that he could do better.
