If you want your food to cook faster Just Add Water! Actually, almost any liquid will do
Heat things up by adding a splash liquid to create steam. Start by cooking meat or vegetables in a sauté pan with a bit of oil or butter. Add about 1/4 cup of liquid, then cover to trap the steam
After everything is nice and hot, remove the lid and cook away any excess liquid.

Ninja Kitchens just came out with a wireless thermometer! It's said to work with nearly any appliance.
Now you don't have to but the "smart" version of appliances to keep track of cooking temperature
I just ordered one, I'll post a video when I get it.

We visited Namba Yasaka Shrine in Osaka, where the lion's open mouth is said to swallow evil spirits.
It's a very popular shrine with entrepreneurs, business people, and students.
