According to Bloomberg, the Knightsbridge residence is now listed at £70 million after failing to draw buyers in a cooling high-end market.
🇬🇧 This move reflects a broader shift. Henley & Partners notes that around 16,500 wealthy individuals are expected to leave the UK this year due to tax changes and the end of the non-dom regime.
