Hey everyone. Some of you may have recently noticed that we've started to upload YouTube shorts. While we've received support for these new videos, many people have begun unsubscribing!
As creators, we aim to create quality content that we think is worth sharing and, at the same time, grow our subscribers. So this recent turn of events has given us pause.
We understand that many of our followers want to see more films like Zero. But they may not consider that this film took over two years to make. Animation is labour intensive, expensive and takes a long time to produce. So our projects are far and few between.
In the meantime, we can offer a wealth of information about how we made our books and films, our thoughts about creativity, and other musings.
But we understand that not everyone wants this content, so while we're still publishing Shorts to our YouTube channel, we're no longer notifying our subscribers.
If you're interested in watching our Shorts, other than checking our YouTube channel periodically, you may prefer to follow our @zealouscreative TikTok or Instagram channels.

Hey. We know it's been forever since the last upload, but if you know us by now, you'll know we spend time crafting our books and videos to what we hope is something worth spending your time on.
In this case, The Sasquatch of Jackson Farm is a book that we've been chipping away at for the past 5-years!
It's a magical story about an orphaned Sasquatch named Dog who's raised in isolation by an overprotective farmer. As the Sasquatch grows, he develops a keen taste for PB&J sandwiches, a love of shiny objects, and Latin novella soap operas. His life, however, changes forever when a female Sasquatch ventures onto the farm, and he must decide whether he's a human or a Sasquatch.
While the book is available in Paperback and digital formats, we produced a full cast read of the first chapter, complete with music and sound effects so you can get a feel for the story. We love this so much and hope you do too.
Oh, and to get ahead of complaints about "another book," we have an exciting new 11-minute animation dropping in October! Stay tuned 😄
