I believe in using psychology vs force when training a horse. This allows us to build a mental connection with them to where they understand our idea and do things that wouldnât be possible using only force. The first fundamental of this is to âdo less firstâ. I plan to prove the validity of this by starting a colt and where I will only use one tool that you all get to pick for me.

Ryan Rose began his career as a professional horse trainer and clinician in 2005. Ryan soon realized that in order to have success as a horse trainer and clinician, he needed to become a horseman. Ryan has studied with many top world-class horseman, spending four years with Pat Parelli.
Ryan now teaches workshops and clinics all over the world as well as running a comprehensive training program at his home in Wisconsin. Ryanâs passion is in creating partnerships between horses and their owners.
