I am a toddler mum and speech and language therapist with ADHD. I was diagnosed as a child but did not learn about it until I was an adult. Because I was so unaware of how it impacted my life and therefore had a massive impact on my mental health, it is now my mission to raise awareness around ADHD symptoms in adults, and specifically in women. I also share strategies, supplements and other holistic treatment methods I have used and that have helped me loads. This is a save space to ask questions and get support. However I cannot diagnose ADHD so I would always urge you to look into symptoms more and then contact your GP for advice or a referral to get assessed ๐งก
