Hi Everyone, I was hoping to be in California for the week but ended up testing pos for covid. I was very sick in June the first time I had it. This round I had a few rough days and then felt much better. Still aching but much better!!
I am waiting for an MRI which will determine if I am a good candidate for surgery to replace a disk in my neck. I have a lot of pain. My arm goes numb if I do too much. All this would stop if I have the surgery. Although, the MRI may take a while as they are booking into the spring now.

Hi Friends, I am currently in California meeting my youngest grandbaby. We have 14 grands now... 2 of which are boys.. one is 18 years and the newest is Asher. He is 6 months old. I was looking so forward to meeting him. I was here one day and I started feeling sick. As it turned out I have Covid. I had to change my flight because I am still testing positive. Everyone here has covid so we've been housebound. Thankfully Asher does not have covid. Prayer helps and has kept the little fellow safe. I am hoping to fly home Wednesday. Even being sick, meeting Asher has made everything worthwhile. I am so blessed and thankful for my new little grandson. What a treat to have another little man after having 12 grandaughters. I'll be home soon!!

Hey Everyone... Wow its been such a long time. It feels strange to be back. My last video was posted in early December so it's been 5 months.
This last year has been a tough one for me. I'm doing so much better. I am still getting weekly treatments and probably will for a while yet. Even though I have improved and now pretty much pain free I do feel it's best I downsize my number of tanks.
I am sorry I've lost touch with many of you. I do intend on being more active now that I'm able. I look forward to catching up with you all over the next while. Thanks for your friendship and support!! Much love...

Hi Everyone... It's been a tough row to hoe for me over the last few months. I have made some serious decisions. But first an update about me.. I'm wear a cervical collar anytime I am up. If I'm sitting I take it off. It has reduced my pain incredibly. I'm feeling better that way. However , I do not want to have to wear this thing forever so I am now going for acupuncture as well. My Dr. is sure she can help me. Aside from feeling like a pincushion I am very happy with the results. Some of the needles are special and larger so yes they pinch going in. No problem I can handle that part.
As for my decision.... I am not able to do my tanks as they should be cared for so I have decided to reduce my number of tanks to a level I can manage. Of my 7 tanks I will only be keeping two active. I'm not ready to sell off my tanks yet but for now this is my best option. I will be selling off many of my fish. The 125 Geo tank will be sold off, my Blood parrot tank will be dismantled. I already have two tanks down and will slowly downsize the others until I have only my 125 home for Zeppelin, and one 75 gallon with my green spotted puffers.
It's been very difficult making this decision but I don't feel I have much choice. I am hoping to continue to heal and be pain-free in time.
I miss you all so much but even sitting at the computer is hard on my neck. Please know I wish you all the very best for this New Year. Bless you all.... Much love!

My heart breaks to share this with you... I found Boomer floating this morning. I am shocked at how fast he went. I had hardly had a chance to treat him. Poor Boomer. I have to admit that his care had significantly been affected by my difficulties after my car accident. I am very sad and will dearly miss my friend.

Hi Everyone... I'm sorry I haven't been as attentive to your videos this last few months. I am still in much pain and am getting treatments for whiplash I sustained in my car accident. That was April 23rd. I never would have imagined it taking so long to heal. I am getting laser treatments for a herniated disc in my neck. My right arm constantly throbs unless I do *nothing*! We all know that is not in the cards for a fish keeper to do nothing. When I do too much, I pay for it later in pain. I can only do a tank every other day right now. Even that is pushing it but I have no choice.
So know I am with you and watch what I can I just haven't been able to leave messages too often. Miss you all and ML

Hi Everyone...
Friday I was in an accident and totalled my car. I was hit hard at high speed. I'm sure the air bags saved my life. My dash board was all twisted. Really weird. I have bruised ribs, broken ankle and broken wrist. With my restrictions I won't be on YT much for a bit. I don't know how I'll manage my tanks. All I can do is my best. Everything is moving slowly but I shall overcome. Thanks for your support.
