こんにちは、ヘルシーキッチンです。
ジャンクフードか好きで、かなり太ってしまいました。
時々、ダイエット料理も含めて、身体に良いレシピをと思っていますが、やはり美味しい物はガッツリ系です。
色んな料理やスイーツ作りを動画にしていきたいと思ってます。
そして、週一でお弁当作りも頑張ってます。
