Hello world, our album is out today!
There’s so many things I want to say but mainly I feel lucky l I get to make music I love with one my best friends!! Its my favorite thing to do in life (except doing my taxes)
We’ve started some of these songs in 2020 (which feels like a lifetime ago lol) and I have so many memories associated to them and it’s kind of a trip. I listened through the whole thing last night and I’m still so proud of it.
Gift on the 3rd slide : if you had told us then (2018?? I believe) that we would one day make an album and tour together, we would have been so happy.
So thank you to everybody that’s been listening to these songs, I hope you enjoy it, and we can’t wait to see you on tour ! 🫶

At the end of last year I was feeling really uninspired so I decided to take a trip to Berlin to write some music with Yann Lauren.
Yann is one of my favorite people to work with and in these sessions he showed me this voice memo from Imani Selina that we chopped and started the idea for this song
It then went through sooo many different versions - worked on it for months to get to this final one
i’m really attached to it, i think it’s one of my favorite tracks i’ve released so far - hope you enjoy it !!!

this is a bit of a new direction from music I previously released - when I moved to Paris 2 years ago I started writing all of this solo ‘instrumental’ music which I’ve wanted to make for a long time - these songs are one of my favorite things I’ve worked on so far and i’m really excited to be sharing this new single with u :)
