Hey friends! In case this wasn't clear, with the potluck episode being the *official* season finale, we're going to now take a week or two off posting. The good news is, we'll be back with my quiche recipe, Aaron's biscuit recipe, fresh nerdy content with Chef Frank, and more in September!
Even more exciting, I've been working with some of our fave pals on something really special for later in the fall. It's going to take time to edit and figure out how best to share this new project, but I think it's fair to say... this is going to be pretty cool. Sneak peek attached!

Hey pals! Have you heard? Some of the other @epicurious folks and I are having a bake sale for our pal Lorenzo this Saturday. For those of you in the New York area, we'd love to see you!
The event will take place Saturday, Aug. 10th, 2024, from 10 am-2 pm at Chef Saúl's restaurant, Cantina Rooftop, in Hell's Kitchen, and will features tons of great treats made by Epicurious folks from in front of the camera and behind the scenes, plus some more amazing bakers you've seen here on No Expert!
Saúl will be making tacos, Daniel will be making his famous grilled cheese, Frank will be making his Dutch cocoa cookies from the Epicurious 101 series, and so much more. And we have tons of great raffle prizes, including a grand prize of a cookie decorating class with Chef Penny.

Hey pals! Bad news – I caught covid coming back from a visit home this past week and, despite an arguably valiant effort, am too goopy and eepy to get this week's video edited in time, so we're going to take a week off from posting.
The good news is, the next few videos were filmed before I left, so we have plenty of videos in the can once I get my editing brain back (and fear not! no one was put at risk to film the videos that'll be coming out this month!) so No Expert will be back next Saturday. The next few videos will all be part of what I'm calling the "Potluck Arc" – they'll all fit together, starting with esquites and sherry margaritas.
Speaking of which... more good news is that you can take this opportunity to catch up on any videos you haven't seen yet from this season! I promise they're all bangers.

Friends! We are coming back with more episodes, new guests, and tons of great food – all starting next week! My friends and I have been putting a bunch of work into this new (and improved!) season of videos. I'm super excited to share what we've been working on, and I hope you'll love it too!
