hii! a lot of you guys may know that iāve been on a very long break, and stopped editing for a while. iāve made my decision and i plan on quitting. i will still be making pfpās ofc! but if you wanna know the reason iām quitting then scroll further.
iāve had a channel impersonating me [i donāt want to tag bc i donāt want them getting the attention they want]
but i am so sick and tired of it. i plan on having it banned soon enough. itās a small channel with about 2-3 subscribers. i donāt know why people have to steal edits from people who clearly work hard enough to even get through getting views. i also plan on having the channel take down the videos or youtube banning them. if you want to know more on why i quit, you may scroll.
another reason why iām quitting is because, i am, so. sick. and. tired. of people not giving credits. guys. itās not that hard to give credits. just tag the person in the edit omlš¤¦š»āāļø. [i also donāt want to tag the channel, bc i donāt want them getting hate over this] but the trend of maddie over the years, it has gotten to a point that people have been giving credits to the wrong person. and when i ask them nicely to give credits to me, they refuse. you may think iām being dramatic, but i know i didnāt really ācreateā the trend, but i did make the audio [ what i mean by that is that the audio only had about 5 rhythms, but i had to add another one since maddie had been in the show 6 seasons, if you watch my edit, it will make more senseš
š]. thatās not it. [there is another editor who also refused to give credits, it happened a couple of months ago, i also will not be tagging them] i asked them to give credits, but they said i wasnāt the person who āoriginally made the edit ideaā i know, i may not be the one who made the ātrendā but all i know is that they used, MY AUDIO. and i know itās not a big deal, they just took my audio. but the thing that pisses me off, is that they REFUSE to give credits.
(i may have been dramatic in that šreason, but this has happened to me about 5+ times, and iām not even kidding.)
another reason iām quitting is because i have lost motivation and passion to editing, because of school. and i just donāt have the time to edit.
(p.s if i feel the motivation to edit, i will. all iām saying is that iām quitting for now.)
