Contrary to rumors, I'm not actually dead. I just play a dead guy on TV and I'm old (for a gamer). Very very old. Next video coming down the pipe is a CS2 video. I'm making this one for two reasons: To clearly show I *don't* possess some sort of "talent". Rather, I only got half decent at the crucible stuff because of the work I put in to build those skills. Second, to help you see a glimpse of my process. Basically, I use a "lite" version of the same approaches they use in pro sports: Things like isolate sub skills and work on each one. Figure out where I'm weak and work on that. Building game sense. In short, building an arsenal of powerful tools to bring to bear when needed.

Now that I realize you can replay matches after playing them, I can record from any game view, any player view, etc, so this video is going to be all four views. So, my intent here is to watch the video when it's done and record my own dialog and talk about things *I* notice I was weak in, but I'm also hoping those of you who've played CS will chime in with any things you notice would be helpful too. Because I'm essentially brand new to the game, I have virtually no feel for it yet. Hopefully those of you who ARE truly good at the game can chime in and help polish up the gameplay of this buggered up old feller. After all, my entire reason for this channel to exist is to help other people learn what it takes to get good at stuff. We need to pull from every resource we can! :)

Also, for my older subscribers, you'll notice I haven't been posting as much. There's a reason for that and it's purely health issues. My video's take a LOT of time and effort and as my health has deteriorated over the last few years, it's getting harder and harder to do stuff. I certainly still want to make content for you guys and helping other people learn how to get good at stuff is still super important to me, but I can only do what I have the physical health to do and right now, that's not very much. I'm still pushing forward though. I'll be dropping this next CS video probably within the next few weeks to a month maybe.

I hope you're all doing well and thanks for the support guys. It means a lot.

GG's and 73's. :)

On the whole "state of the game" and follow up video by Joe Blackburn:

First, I want to say, I suspect Joe probably believes what's he's saying and he himself sounds like a good, honest and genuine guy. And, I think he's got balls of steel the size of Jupiter to put himself out there like this. I appreciate him and the approach he took. BUT, for those of you who're still playing the game, I think we need to be honest about what's actually happening here. I included a quick screenshot of two relevant things: The long term player count trend and the current MASSIVE drop off in player numbers.

Realistically, if Bungie cared about the game, they wouldn't have let it get to this point. This trend has been obvious for a LONG time now. Joe's video is straight up damage control and propaganda. Let's remember, this is the same company with the same people in the same building working on the same project with the same people and the same managers with the same overarching policies and procedures as it existed BEFORE Joe's video was published. It's tended to produce the same kinds of results repeatedly for a reason. And none (Or, very little I suppose) of those things have changed.

Personally, I would LOVE to believe things are going to change and come back to the game. I truly miss crucible. I truly miss elim and survival. But when people prove themselves beyond any doubt to be untrustworthy (In this case, I'm referring to the company, NOT Joe. I still have massive respect for Joe for doing what he did. This is an important distinction. This is corporate behavior, not personal, and credit or criticism where due.), apologies amount to saying "You're such a sucker that I can convince you that you're NOT a sucker".

The bottom line is this: I suspect this redoubled/renewed effort will be short term at best. This is an attempt to get you to buy a product, NOT fix their corporate structure/policies issues that lead to their current problems. Trying to sway public opinion a week before the next big product release is propaganda. NOT some kind of soul searching and journey of personal discovery to right the corporate wrongs towards a large group of customers.

I hope I'm wrong.

Anywho, that's it for now guys. GG's and 73's

So, I tried the game "battlebit remastered" here tonight! VERY promising so far! Large maps, seems like a fairly solid codebase (Important to my sanity considering Destiny 2 the last half year) and fairly good gameplay!

Would you be interested in Battlebit content?

Hey memers and streamers! So, I'm working on my next video and it's on the subject I originally started the channel for: Aim training. When I first started using an aim trainer, I spent the first 6 months doing it the "obvious" way to try and build up my flick aim and target acquisition which is to just try whipping the crosshairs at targets and trying to "flick" my way to flick aim. Sadly, it was mostly a waste of time. Even after half a year and MANY hours, I was no further ahead.

So, I'm going to share THE secret to what changed all that for me. I'm also going to be using the Actual aim trainer for the demo so YOU will be able to IMMEDIATELY go and try it. Since Actual's "profiles" are nothing more than URL's, you'll be able to just click that link and try it yourself!

That's it for now guys! GG's and 73's.
