I want to start sharing my event schedule for living history for the purposes of people who live in the area may want to come out and see living history in action!
For most of these events I'll be there the whole event-Friday through Sunday morning or whenever the event is open and finishes but I'm putting the Saturdays down because I know I'll be there then.

Dec. 14 - Fanthorp Inn in Anderson, TX is doing their annual Christmas event, which is probably my favorite annual event that unfortunately conflicts with a Georgia trip this year.

For shorts, we look into July 1858 Godey's Lady's Book and some of the antiques I'll share are an original 1870s silk bodice with watch pocket for a pocket watch, an early 19th century washstand, and an original 1840s baby dress.
As mentioned last month, I've also started a podcast, both on here and Spotify for those of you who are more interested in longer content and like to listen while you do other things (no watching the video required). It is called "One Woman is Twice Two Soldiers" and this month, on the 2nd Wednesday, we'll discuss the 2nd part of Victorian dress myths and on the 4th Wednesday, we'll discuss dressing an 1860s baby and all the layers involved.
