I’m a wife, and mother to 3 children ages 6, 8 and 11. I started keto 2 1/2 years ago, May 2018. I transitioned to carnivoreish a year after I started keto, I have lost 110lbs total. My husband started keto 1 1/2 years ago and has lost 50lbs and our children eat from keto/Paleo/carnivoreish.
