On Monday, September 30, @obare I gave my first interview post-divorce, diving into my journey with libraries, writing, and everything in between. 🎙️ Through this space, I connected with Karl Klausewitz, who graciously invited me to be a guest on his podcast, Define Your Purpose. I was humbled and honored. 🙏 His podcast provides a platform for people to share their personal and professional journeys, and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have my first interview on this stage.
In the midst of all the changes and transitions I’ve faced on my journey to wholeness, being on this podcast felt like divine timing. ⏳ I had the comfort and space to unpack hard truths, all guided by Karl's kind and gentle demeanor. Thank you again, Karl, for the opportunity. 💛
The episode covers my journey into writing for the arts as well as my new book, Predestined, but it also delves into my new coaching program, Once Upon A Stone.
✨ Once Upon A Stone is a faith-based coaching program designed to help professionals break free from burnout, perfectionism, and work-life imbalance. The name comes from John 20:1, where Mary Magdalene discovers that the stone had been removed from Jesus' tomb. The message is clear—just as that stone was rolled away, God can remove whatever is blocking your path to your destiny.
My program is built on four unique stages, each symbolized by a precious stone, leading clients towards the chief cornerstone, Jesus Christ. 🕊️ Together, we will identify and name the stone trying to block your destiny. Is it fear? Shame? Insecurity? Perfectionism? Whatever it is, it cannot stay. It wants you to believe it’s immovable—but with God, it can be rolled away. Let’s H.E.A.L. (hope, evolve, acknowledge, learn) together. 💎🙌
