Good morning βοΈ
yesterday I have a hard time taking my thoughts captive i started to think of my past and the things I have done i was having a hard remembering that god forgives me so I started to have a anxiety attack and I could not get a grip of myself I couldnβt sit still so I just put my head down and asked god what do to.
He said remember me and I started to think of all the people in the Bible who had a past and he forgave them one story in the Bible stuck with me the most the time the people of Israel οΏΌsinned against god more then I can count on my fingers and he forgave them over and over again and he blessed them over and over again.
I was able to make my thoughts obey god at that exact moment and i asked god how do I overcome this battle of anxiety οΏΌhe reminded me that I have overcoming in my blood because my father overcame death there is nothing that I canβt do.
If your reading this remember the battle that you are fighting is already won baby you just have to put one foot in fornt of the other and be intentional π

Good morning π
This morning i decided to take the younger me in and let her look at all we have accomplished i talked to her and let her know how proud I am of her for not giving up I let her know that I understand the decision she made she was only trying to survive then I told her look around look at what you and god accomplished I told her you didnβt expect all of this you had a little dream but now that you are living in it look how big your dream really is you did it I applaud her and told her I need you to be with this version of me now you can be free you are no longer in chains you can be free to create and dream again.
If your reading this I challenge you today to embrace the younger you for just a second stop wanting more and let the younger you experience everything you have now let her look around let her look at you. You have accomplished so much you deserve to take it inπ
Then get back to be being a girl on her journey and a women owning her power πͺπ©ββ€οΈβπβπ©.
