Exciting news! I've just changed my channel name to "LONE ENDURANCE".
Why, you ask?
Well, when I started out running a few years ago it was all about the trails for me. Over the years though, I've grown fond of the roads too! And I felt like the word "trail" was a bit limiting, since my videos are often more focused on general training tips, exercise science and running as a whole than trail running in particular.
So I decided to go for a new name, that encompasses all that this channel is about! I like the name Lone Endurance because it encapsulates the essence of this sport: Endurance. That word also has a scientific ring about it. I kept the word "Lone" in there though, for familiarity and the fact that running is indeed a solo sport more than a team sport.

Welcome dear fellow runner!
Here at Lone Endurance, I share my journey towards peak fitness with you, in an effort to inspire, entertain and educate you about the wonderful world of long distance running. When I say long distance I basically mean anything longer than a couple of minutes in race duration.
It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner looking to run your first 5K, or a seasoned marathon runner working towards your next PR! On this channel we'll talk about exercise physiology, training science, running tips and endurance exercise in general. Most importantly, I'll share videos about my own training as I work towards my goal of becoming a better runner myself. Not only better, but the BEST runner I can possibly be.
