Hello darlings! Yes, I'm still alive. It's taken most of the summer to start feeling a little more normal after how busy the tail end of my 2022-2023 season has been, but I'm here - and, very slowly, I'm editing footage!
It's likely still gonna take a while until my next video goes up as I slowly get back into the groove and the swing of things, but trust and believe: I'm still working on bringing you content about disability and opera together, and videos are on their way. :)

The opera world lost a titan this week. She was the best of the best, a consummate artist, and a generous teacher (and the direct teacher to one of my longest-standing coaches, too). She was l'assoluta, Violetta supreme, and her contribution to the art form cannot be overstated.
You fine folks already know how much I love what few recordings exist of hers. If you don't know her work well, I encourage you to seek out some of her recordings today, and honour the passing of one of the greatest to ever do it.
