Sign up for cashback via SHOOP using my link - only today it will be 25€ cashback for the both of us if your purchase is 50€ or above.
Especially for Niche-Beauty you don't need a code today, so max cashback on that!

www.shoop.de/invite/9xpvjglz3H/

Look Fantastic, Sephora, H&M, Douglas, Notino (Dolce&Gabbana makeup available here too!)

I would not push this again and again, if it wasn't a great tool to shop smarter - also, they list most discount codes.

I know, nothing new, BUT: last year i did wait too long and missed out on this one limited item, i had waited so patiently for. So. Yes, discounts will drop to 30% and more. Cult Beauty usually offered even up to 50% on some days. Personally i wanted the ND INAN palette for so long but this would be in the category of purchases i can really wait out and snatch it up on an incredible offer like that.

Most importantly: if you don't shop via SHOOP yet - wyd?? I cannot emphasize enough, how much cashback i've 'earned' back. If you over-shop at least do it right ;)
Do us both the favour and sign up using my link - only today it will be 25€ cashback for the both of us if your purchase is 50€ or above.

Look Fantastic, Sephora, H&M, Douglas, Notino (Dolce&Gabbana makeup available here too! - check my recommendation below, NOTINO is so underrated)

I would never push this again and again, if it wasn't a great tool to shop smarter - also, they list most discount codes.

Here my recommendations (feeling overwhelmed. A favourites series is long overdue) :

Sephora
- HAUS LABS foundation, concealer, powder
- Paco Rabanne eyeshadow duos (matte lipstick gifted)
- Ole Henriksen peptide lip treatment
- Gisou lip oil, hair serum, leave-in conditioning spray

Parfumdreams
- best retailer Chanel (SUN-KISSED Rosegold!), Armani and Dior (also check Flaconi)
- drugstore (Essence nailcare, SantΓ©,... )
- YSL eyeshadow, CandyGlaze

Douglas
- ABH, elf, drugstore (essence nailcare)
- Dior Backstage Smoky Essentials
- Charlotte Tilbury lip liner, MatteRevolution lipstick, Beautiful Skin foundation

Niche-Beauty
- AIME powder foundation
- Augustinus Bader body oil (great for the face too!)
- Caudalie milky Vitamin C serum, glycolic cream mask, body oil
- Gisou lip oil, hair serum, leave-in conditioning spray
- Hourglass Evil Eye
- now available: Lisa Eldridge (i'm just getting into this brand, not sure about any recommendation)
- Kosas BB, concealer
- Chantecaille longest lash, individual eyeshadows, single blushes
- so many cute holiday sets. partly amazing deals

NOTINO
- Notino brand brushes: woody collection (what's left of it. Big love)
- D&G

Cult Beauty
- VIEVE lip liner, Sunset blush liquid (the best imo) and powder, eyeshadow quads, bronzing duo, ... ANYTHING. Affordable luxury quality. Sadly many complexion items are fragranced.
- best HUDA deals. Icy Nude palette, loose powder... i don't like the pink mascara
- Patrick Ta. Really enjoy the new nude blush duo 'not too much'. The eyeshadow duo seems overhyped (i got 'still at the club'. pretty but no game changer. we all own a pretty browny taupe) stay tuned for my comparisons. No rush
- Kosas BB, concealer

I'd like to report what an amazing service the Lisa Eldridge website is offering - absolutely outstanding! The most wonderful customer treatment and actually helpful response to my request i've just experienced (wrong shade, forgot the code - make sure to check on your rewards..).

Also i saw this beautiful velvet pouch in several pictures, but for long nowhere available.

Now it's online, even gifted with purchase. I crushed so hard i didn't want to risk it being gone if i waited for Black Friday. I had saved some items on my wishlist for something like that. Chocolate Cherry velvet.. who could resist?

I admit, i was disappointed to see it had this harsh metal zipper.

Finally πŸ₯° 20%off at VBB

Good news: now you're getting a free sample on every order, but it's hidden on the right side of your shopping cart (see in 2nd picture) - choose 'you may also like'!

My top picks so far:

serum (didn't get this and still praying for functional packaging - btw always get the smaller size. I'll post soon why that is)

eyeliner in bronze (but finally got cocoa and expect the best matte brown eyeliner of my life)

eyeshadow brick in Tuxedo. Formula 100. Shades 100. Pretty, sleek, functional 100.

I am incredibly excited for VIEVE news.. unfortunately i'm not getting paid for fangirling this hard πŸ˜‰

In fact, i'll review the new strawberry shades shortly and let me tell you right away: their Sunset Blush Balm is juicy, glowy-not-tacky cheeks in a tube. I swear, i have nothing that compares.

UPDATE: lmao. They didn't launch a new product.. they just changed their rewards programme and you can get this very black trousse in the picture. Yes..

Let's play the game β„πŸ‡

This is my first look playing with the Huda Icy Nude collection. Wonderful, solid formula. Better than Mario imo bc there is no fallout with the mattes - they stay where you put them, but blend if needed. Ultimately these shades are even more flattering. Moonlight is a bit on the edge of looking too harsh, too dull. These also create sth calm but pretty in a few strokes. Fool proof.
You do get this dry silver sparkle (all the sparkle shades in Moonlight are incredibly dry as well, while ultra fine they look a bit boring.. let me elaborate in the next video) that works very good to transform any base shade into sparkly goodness. Then there are two show stopping foiled shades. Maybe 3 if you consider the out of this world icy blue.
It is such a wonderful palette. Ultra flattering, ultra versatile.

The blush filter in Coco Loco (the darker one) has the finest golden shimmer, so subtle, that it technically could be a metallic but isn't. Got it? It is not perfect, potential to look muddy. I find dabbing with fingers works best with matte liquid blushes - i filmed my favourite application mode today, dabbing it onto lips then dabbing onto cheeks. It looks cute and is a special shade, but difficult. The Latte shade is very comparable to Dior Backstage Bronze Glow blush (LE 2024) - Makeupbyrach swatched them side by side. I wouldn't necessarily recommend but likely the muddy won't be a visible problem on deep skin. Then the subtle gold might come to more life too.

I like my new Dior quint in Soir de Bal more than upon first impression. But it isn't more than pretty. Plus, the golden compact is plastic, looks actually cheap vs the regular one.. if you want to splurge on one palette, i wouldn't recommend the Dior - mind you i don't even like big palettes, but these two are strong and all 3 are limited editions.

I'd say, only pick Mario if you hate mauve and rosy hues, but love a deep matte blue. I'll do two more Dior looks over the weekend, then we'll dive into many GRWMs using either Moonlight or Icy Nude.

Sorry about the blurry pictures. But you get the idea πŸ˜‰ Glassy, Warm Brown/Pinky Brown on lips.

Swatch time (even though lighting was gone and i'm in a hurry):

First up a friendly reminder how Vieve Rosa is such a wonderful, complexe shade - it is rosy and peachy and warm and goes on blurring.. in a way that similar shades in my collection (Mercier Chai) fail to deliver. Superior, cheaper and i love love love these sleek little compacts.
Rosa Lip Dew is great bc it is giving natural glossy lips without enhancing the natural red. Transparent glosses always make my lips very red.

Next up. Huda Icy Nude (L) vs Mario Moonlight EM2. Huda is giving ultra wet, ultra shiny next level icy queen galore while Moonlight ranges more multichrome. I will use them mostly as one and dones so stay tuned to figure how that translates on the eyes. Next picture shows how Mario's turns transparent while Huda's shift has warmth.
Then the deep matte greys. Huda usually looks more neutral in the pan and comes to life with more rosiness to it. It looks rather mauve compared to Mario EM8. Surprisingly to me bc i thought these palettes were more comparable. But it boils down to cute and playful vs mostly neutral elegance. I'll still love Huda more for versatility (she technically could have cut 3 out of 4 silverish shades and win that title with a 12-pan game), especially the light matte shades. You know i love those! Can't wait to play.

But we'll see.. who knows. I love the Moonlight palette more than anticipated. And i have to give credit for that solid sleek high quality compact. But it is heavier than Huda and those powdery shades will crush into nothing if you drop it. I cannot stand pretentious added weight in compacts! And Huda is wonderfully sleek too.

BUT Mario is never eligible for any type of discount at Sephora. Never. That greed is not cute at all and mean to every low-budget customer awaiting sales to finally indulge in these. Really unheard of. I cannot think of any brand on Sephora DE that does that. And there is no respectable explanation bc that treatment of European customers has some history even when they only sold from their website. I can only think of that identical system by KKW. Ultra profit driven...

Today the HUDA Icy Nude collection was released in Europe.. if you wanted to pick this up:

In general Cult Beauty is cheaper (not always, but mostly) yet they exclude new items from discounts. I checked, same goes for the Icy Nudes. Not sure if you'll already get it cheaper for Black Friday sales.

Weirdly, the eyeshadow palette was available at Sephora (DE) but not at Douglas. The other way around with the blushes. So i could switch my Sephora favourite brand to Huda/15% off and used a 20% code (4WVBJ8TP5N) to get the deeper blush from Douglas.

VIEVE is offering a deluxe sample of choice and on your first order you'd get a 10% discount with code VIEVEMUSE10!

My favourites are: eyeshadow quad Noir, Rosa blush (powder and gel), Aphrodyte lip liner. Also amazing: powder, bronzer, mascara, lipstick. There is nothing i didn't like. The little Rosa tin is a great deal, both products are beautiful. I love this brand so much!
