Pilates completely changed my life – and if I can do it, you can too! 💓
I’m a certified Pilates instructor and currently studying to become a Holistic Health Practitioner (German Heilpraktiker).
Even though I’ve always been into sports, I often felt disconnected from my body – like I was constantly working against it instead of with it. That was frustrating and exhausting. Pilates completely changed that for me: it helped me rebuild the connection, move with kindness, and finally feel at home in my body again.
And now I’m here to help you achieve that too! 💓
On this channel, you’ll find Pilates(-inspired) workouts that make you feel good - inside and out. My goal is to help you move with love, build strength, and stay consistent in a way that feels gentle yet effective.
