About
Bipul is a singer/songwriter from Kalimpong, Darjeeling, based in New Delhi.
Taking inspiration from the folk sounds of the Himalayas, his music is reminiscent of tunes and melodies long forgotten in the space of time.
A LTCL (Licentiate of Trinity College, London) Diploma holder in western classical guitar, he heads the Arts Department at the Vasant Valley School in New Delhi when he is not travelling to perform.
He has two EPs, ‘Sketches of Darjeeling’ and ‘Samaya’, a full length album ‘Maya’ as well as several singles to his credit.
He has toured and performed at sold out concerts across the world with The Travelling Band.
