I'm just letting everyone know that I won't be posting a long-form show this weekend and that because of summer buying trips for my business (and other travel obligations) my posting for the next 3 months may not be as regular as it has been. Mexico Unexplained now has 400 full-length shows and over 700 shorts, so if you are looking for a "fix" of the "magic, the mysteries and the miracles of Mexico," there is plenty of material going back 8 and a half years to explore. Thanks for your understanding (and gracias).
According to my metrics, 84% of my viewers are NOT subscribers to Mexico Unexplained. We've all heard of THE ALGORITHM. If you enjoy this sort of content, please consider subbing to the channel so that more people can find me. It's a snowball effect: The more subs I have, the more YouTube will promote me, the more people I can reach and the more I can do. Thank you and gracias!
My latest guest appearance: The Unnormal Paranormal podcast talking with James and Jeff about everything Mexico Unexplained. Check it out here: www.unnormalparanormal.com/mexico-legends-monsters…
I was a guest on the Typical Skeptic podcast. Check out the show here and make sure you show the host Rob Kalil you love. Like, leave a comment and share. He's working really hard at trying to grow his channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIX9l...
I was a guest once again on "The Garden of Doom." You can listen to the show here: www.spreaker.com/episode/garden-of-doom-e-225-maya…
I think the person creating this image tried to combine "Olmec Head" with "Ancient Mexican Pyramid" and "African King," and this is what they got: An AI mishmash of fantasy history and archaeology. This is probably the most ridiculous post I've seen yet. At least the one with Aunt Jemima made us all laugh.
Someone shared this with me and I reposted it on Facebook. I thought I would share it here. It keeps getting funnier and funnier.
Ah, but there's more. After my last post, someone sent me this and then claimed that I am a paid gatekeeper and disinformation agent. I've been accused of being that many times over the years and my response is always the same: "Where's my check? When am I going to get paid?" I guess people will see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe. All it takes is just a little propaganda for some.
Another item that "came across my desk," posted on Facebook with the caption: "True royalty of Ancient Mexico, Mayan Kings." I have been seeing a lot of stuff like this lately, but usually about the Olmec and not the Maya. I thought it might be worth a share to see what the Mexico Unexplained crowd thinks. Comment below.
I was a guest on Episode #58 of "The Witching Hours" discussing everything "Mexico Unexplained." Catch the show here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TmuS...
Welcome and muy bienvenidos.
Hosted by researcher and author Robert Bitto, Mexico Unexplained explores the magic, the mysteries and the miracles of Mexico. Topics range from ancient mysteries to myths and legends to strange anomalies and religious curiosities. We also look into bizarre history, legendary creatures and otherworldly phenomena. The podcast’s purpose is to provide information not confirmation (or affirmation). We will present what we have researched and it is up to the listener to come to his or her own conclusions or research the topics further.
