My schedule over the next 7 to 10 days will be somewhat chaotic & will affect my Giga Texas drone flights. Here’s what I am planning for now:
9 Oct: Fly to CA
10 Oct: Attend some pre-events & the Tesla We, Robot event at the Warner Brothers Studio
11-13 Oct: Visit with family in CA
14 Oct : Fly back to TX
16 Oct: Resume Giga Texas flights
If Starship Flight 5 is delayed from the 13th a few days, then:
15 Oct: Drive to Starbase, stopping at Teslas Corpus Christi Lithium plant
16-19 Oct Starbase (hopefully seeing Starship flight 5)
20 Oct: Resume Giga Texas flights
Obviously, I hope Starship flight 5 slips 3 days as the 16th would work the best.

I am getting a lot of questions about the correct flag placement when there are three equal height flagpoles.
Here is the correct etiquette & I believe Tesla has their flags at Giga Texas correctly displayed:
"Flag order: The order of precedence for displaying flags is: United States flag, state flag, city/county/locality flag, organizational flags, and POW/MIA flag.
Flag position: The American flag should be at the highest point or furthest left when viewed by a visitor."

11 September 2024 Update: I am currently stuck in a massive traffic jamb just south of Giga Texas and have not moved in about 30 minutes. There is no way to exit the highway and so I expect it’ll be a few hours before I can get home and then begin working on the video.
