His Parisian beginings caputred the bellies of many from around the world with his charmingly rich & comforting heart...

With much cheese and bechamel from yours truely,

🔥Beat the summer heat with this Ceviche style shrimp recipe called AGUACHILE. Marinated in a pepper lime sauce🦐

A no-heat recipe that goes👌perfect on corn tostadas (crunchy tortilla) and topped with avocado

If you kindly could💝 share this video with friend's and family and give it a thumbs up if you truely liked it and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

⛱Side note, took a break to see the beach and was thinking of you all so I wanted to share a bit of it in the intro 🌊 Hope you enjoy!

👩🏻‍🍳Around this time last year I was finalizing my trip for French Culinary Studies. Deciding on the country, the school, the program, program duration, timing, and what felt the most meaningful for me to give back to you all as a way of saying, Thank you.
.
My background in cooking began in the home helping out. But due to my immense interest and your support in this project, it lead me to believe I should continue my studies to improve, refine, and grow in this field to provide better value and so the seed was planted to start this journey.
.
The agenda for this trip however did not puzzle out as I had expected in terms of bringing you all along virtually. Having hauled along heavy equipment to film for Lilia Productions as a one women show through airports and around the country went down the drain as sadly I was only able to capture bits of clips when permitted.
.
Looking back, it feels like such a bummer because I wish you could see what the love for food means to France🇫🇷 via visuals. As verbalizing it doesn't do it justice.
.
On a brighter note, to take advantage of what I did learn. I will be sharing with you all techniques and recipes I learned throughout.
.
My goal is that as financing and timing permits, I will be able to continue training to give you better results. But as for now, I promise to bring the best that I have.
.
Gifted were pictures from Jerome the schools assistant.

Have you tried cactus?

Although cactus looks like a beautiful art display it's actually edible as well. Cactus is both a vegetable & a fruit. The picture here displays the vegetable called "nopal" & the peach colored prickly pear like fruit it grows on top of the nopal is called "tuna" in spanish.

If you follow me on INSTAGRAM📸 then you know about the start of my gut health journey...

Being a FOODIE👩🏻‍🍳 all of my life and all of the sudden experiencing #digestiveissues for some time has been a real bummer😰
Even while going 🥦 CLEAN 🥑 & 🥝 GREEN🥬for some time I still continued to feel and look bloated! Not understanding why and feeling frustrated I started to search for a solution and came across the topic of 🌈GUT HEALTH😀
Its been a learning process but giving @maryruthorganics 📢Ultra Digestive Food Enzyme supplements a try has helped enable my digestion by amplifying nutrient absorption while reducing bloating, gas, and abdominal pain🚽🧻. The benefits are enhanced even more with the combination of a (Prebiotic + Probiotic) supplement.
Taking care of your tummy is a forever investment but totally worth it! 😊
As I continue with this journey I will share my experience because I don't plan to step down from FOODIE status💁🏻‍♀️👸🏻 anytime soon...
