I know I’m a little late with the New Year greetings but I’ve been working on a recipe for Chinese New Year over the last couple of weeks. 🍪

Just wanted to share here that I’ll be doing an IG live this weekend on how to turn the Hong Kong style cookies into coffee flavoured butter cookies as well as share the ratios for matcha and chocolate flavours and talk through potential considerations if you’d like to do other flavours beyond that.
It’s so awesome to see that quite a few of you have already given the Hong Kong style butter cookie recipe a try and I hope to see you at the live and am looking forward to baking and hanging out with you all :)

Hope you have all been well and looking after yourselves :)
I’ve been pretty silent on YouTube but if you’ve been following me on Instagram, I have been cooking and baking everyday on Instagram.
So after months of video recipe silence, I’ve decided to ease back into it by doing a Instagram Live Bake Along tomorrow evening as I make some Chinese New Year style cashew cookies and answer any questions you might have.
