Established in the year 1991, the institute of higher Education in this international Border Area, has entered the twenty Six year of its noble existence. After the establishment of the College in this educationally backward area, the dream of taking higher education of the poor and financially unable students of the locality have come to materialize. Thousands of students have already earned their first degree from this institution. Some students have been able to show their excellent result which was better that of any College in the District.
