It may not seem like much to some but to reach nearly 1,000 views on a video, that was previously taken down due to copyright claims on a free to use song, from a very destructive company, is a WIN in my book. I really do appreciate every view, like and subscriber. From that video I did over 30 some shares, and got 2 subscribers and the view retention was very high. Believe me, I appreciate every single one of you that participated. Thank you! :)

I will keep working on videos and won’t let these corporate cats stop me. If you’d like to support me please share like and comment in my posts and videos. I’ll keep working on making better content—I enjoy making food videos and don't expect much like a career out of this: that’s fine for me even if one person likes my dishes. Sorry for the messy posts. I'm also working on getting better equipment for more appealing videos. I realize white on white board isn't so pleasing.

Recently my channel received a copyright strike even though it said if I appeal it I wouldn't get one, looks like Youtube is full of lies. Anyways, go show your warm appreciation (eam@elitealliance.net) to this scam company called Elite Alliance who claimed the song in one of my videos was theirs, despite it being part of capcuts creative commons license, they're down right thieves. I also blame capcut for allowing a library of videos on their platform that you cannot use. Unfortunately they are a good simple system to use for editing, so I'll continue to use them. I'll re-release the video using capcuts music library as always, because there never ever was an issue with it until Elite Alliance. They figured the views I was starting to get grabbed their attention. All they had to do was say hey, keep the video, but any monetization in future is ours, I would have been perfectly fine with that. But sure, let's attack small channels. No problem. They'll get what's coming to them; Merlin always pays his debts.

I am still working on collecting the ingredients for the Roman/Medieval Tavern Burger I want to do, some are very expensive and very distant (shipping on the Authentic Roman Garum is 5 weeks) but soon it will happen. Until then checkout my recent video on Detroit Coney Chili. A basic dish packed with flavor, washing it down with a crisp Zevia Ginger Ale. Ahh, memories. Summer food is almost over!!

One of the best Ketchups to use on food and it’s 1 of 11 ingredients I use for my actual Burger Sauce

In my most recent shorts video I put together a simple lunch. Mixing three different countries foods. Danish “style” Bacon, Russian Bread and Polish Kielbasa known as wedding kielbasa. It’s a soft savory flavor with a crisp like-cherrywood smoked casing. If it’s not imported through Chicago it’s not Polish. But the best part is the ketchup. There’s none like it. If you see it, buy it. Europe has perfected food, even commercialized, far better than we have.

Cream Cheese and Jalapeños drizzled with a sweet & spicy sauce is the perfect combination for Tavern Burgers. Yum! For some reason YouTube doesn’t seem to think so. They refuse to show my video in the feeds despite having a high click through rate. Spread the word, try the burger, reply with your own videos and taste tests!

Sorry for the late upload. Go check out and tell me what you think of my latest Tavern Burger video. Tavern burgers are generally juicy and plump, with a mix of different flavors that are not very common. It’s generally described as a burger you’d eat when not sober :) but this alcohol free wizard will confirm it’s just as delicious! Hiccup*
