I’ve got a few videos almost ready to post but I’ve been so busy canning that I haven’t finished them. It’s been a busy week with a half bushel of peaches & apples. Hold tight, we have some good stuff on the way 😁

Found this guy hanging out with me while planting fruit trees and shrubs in the food forest / secret garden. I’m not a fan of bugs but spiders are friends….. to an extent 🤣

Just harvested the cauliflower that was on the short about blanching. It doubled in size but it’s been very hot and the flowers started to open up a bit. So not a huge head but good enough for me 😁 The brassica bed is full of amazing cabbages that are forming beautiful heads 😬😬😬😬 I’m so excited and so are the chickens 🤣

Update on the garden bed mini greenhouse. During the day it was 45, in the dome it’s 82. Wow, you can imagine that the soil is soaking up the heat and keeping it warm at night 😁 . Going to try to get around to sowing some seeds tomorrow. Don’t give up on your garden because it’s cold out. Have a great weekend everyone.

Sorry for the delay on videos this week. We have had a ton of garden work, chicken coop upgrades, trick or treating and a short weekend to work with. We have a bunch of videos in the making and you will get to see all we have been working on by next weekend. Be on the look out for our short that’s posting tomorrow (Sunday evening).
