On this channel, I am going to be creating informative yet easy to digest butchery videos in the hope that you may take a little something from it, to better your skills or animal processing knowledge.
As well as sharing my many hobbies and projects, I am going to be having light conversations with interesting people that have had an impact on my life.
I have always believed that nobody sets out to be a Butcher. It starts small and builds beautifully into something that is all-encompassing.
I have spent my whole career learning from generations of Butchers, from Backyard to High Street, Catering to Artisan.
