Giving you the tools to be able to develop and maintain your own home yoga practice that helps you find more balance in your body and mind.
βπ§βπ»βI also teach chair yoga, mindfulness meditation, and special yoga classes for companies and organisations that are focused on reducing stress and using yoga stretches to help release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back.
