Winter is certainly here in Sydney with cold wet days.
Friday was a nice break in the weather and I decided for my afternoon walk that I would check out the progress of the new cycleways being installed around my area. A couple of the cycleways are extensions, but the one I’m most excited about is the new OXFORD ST cycleways. This will provide quick and safe access to the city cycle network.

After the cruise, I had some downtime with family from New Zealand and Perth who were in Sydney visiting. Then this week I was focused on completing my interview and test for my Australian citizenship (I will now have dual citizenship for New Zealand and Australia) after living here for 21 years.
It’s autumn in Sydney and certainly cooling down with more rain days, but I hope to get back out on the bike and around the city.

They were mainly created for my family and friends that live around the world. I have always been one of those people that never goes anywhere without some type of camera.
