Hello and welcome to my channel! My name is Karl and I am a Chef with over 50 years experience in the food/restaurant industry. I graduated Washburn Chef School in 1972. I spent 17 years at the University of Illinois Hospital as a Culinary Specialist. I was a Corporate Executive Research Chef for Hershey Chocolates NPC, Farm Land Foods and Little Lady Foods. I was Executive Chef at Chateau Louise and later opened my own Deli called Chef Karl's Amazing Graze. I am now retired, but my passion for food and educating still drives me.
My goal is to teach as many people as I can how to prepare wonderful and simple food creations while educating and having fun along the way!
