Spent a weekend hiking at South Cumberland State Park in TN! It’s my favorite place to hike in TN, the landscape is beautiful and makes for adventurous hikes with all the bouldering.

Someone asked me today what color comes to mind when I think of the calm I felt in Scotland and I said the purple of the thistle (see one of my favorite pictures I took). In Scotland it stands for pride, resilience, and defense. That feels fitting for this stage of my life.

I think my favorite part of Edinburgh was Dean Village. It was so much quieter and picturesque. We also happened to hit a sunny day!
