Good Morning ☀️☕️🌴
Erst mal wünsche ich allen von uns hier - wenn auch etwas verspätet ein frohes neues Jahr. Mögen wir einander dieses Jahr hoffentlich wieder öfters bei HVs/GVs mit physischer Präsenz der Aktionäre treffen!
Man glaubt es kaum, endlich habe ich auch das Video zur Room Tour zu meinem neuen Apartment und zur Umgebung Estepona - Marbella gedreht.
Wie man unschwer erkennen kann, bin ich leider immer noch nicht ganz fit, die Grippe quält mich jetzt seit Mitte Dezember und ist - wie wohl bei vielen von uns derzeit - richtig hartnäckig. Anyway, es wird von Tag zu Tag besser und ich freue mich mit euch weiter in den Kommentaren auszutauschen!
Habe versucht auch im Video möglichst viele Fragen/Themen aus den Kommentaren der letzten Monate rund um die Immobilie/Umgebung gleich einzuarbeiten, bin mir aber sicher ich habe wieder einiges nicht abgedeckt und es ergeben sich - gerade auch aus Investmentsicht - wieder neue Fragen und weiterer Austausch ... ^^
Dass jetzt auch eine Immobilie in meiner Asset Allocation enthalten ist, soll keineswegs bedeuten, dass ich von Aktien nicht mehr überzeugt bin, aber es ist für mich ein weiterer lehrreicher Schritt auch in diesem Bereich nach und nach einzutauchen. Die erste Immobilie hat sich bis jetzt zum Glück nicht als die dümmste Entscheidung herausgestellt und war tatsächlich bis jetzt - insbesondere auf Grund der spezifischen regionalen Entwicklung - eines meiner besten Investments.

As I received a lot of messages/comments from our investment community about my opinion regarding the current geopolitical tensions and related changes in my asset allocation, here how I reacted:
In general, in the last weeks I have already de facto deducted all investments (P2P and shares) that are related to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, although it is of course relative - e.g. I only reduced OMV AG and others and took some profits. I've been out of Poland for a long time, because of various questionable court decisions in pending lawsuits.

Great #afternoon with the one and only Angelo from @AngeloColomboFi. I think it is the first time ever we spent time together without a single camera around! We both loved it to have great talks just as friends without the pressure to record interviews and content. I know there have been a lot of questions about my “Bernhard Hummel Investmenttalks” Youtube Channel lately and for sure you would wonder even more, if you see us two together first time without publishing a single video some days later. Also a lot of you wrote me in a worry that something would be wrong with me and if I am ok. I really appreciate all this kind messages and just want to tell you that there will be new videos on both of my channels soon.
But for now I needed some timeout, without always thinking about new content, editing and being in front of the camera and computer so much time. I want to fully remove the pressure to make videos and just fully experience the independent life I choosed to live without being employed to be without pressure and schedule the days as l like to. So don’t worry - I am on recovery and Angelo and I, as well as a lot of others of our community, made already plans for new videos that you guys were asking so much for. Also the #p2p videos will be online again in the next weeks, when I have the time and pleasure to read and answer all the so much appreciated comments again! But before I switch them online again I want to make an update video about my current asset allocation, so I don't mislead anybody with my earlier videos, without telling my current setup. At least as you know I just show what I am doing and love the exchange, where we all can learn so much from each other.
Also I will do a proper “LIVE Q&A” on this channel as soon as I feel ready again for it. To be honest, also the “lockdown” situation and all that came with it was really not good for my creativity and mood. The truth is that the situation hit my mood, but was good for my investment performance so far. With my changed asset allocation and the massive purchases on the stock market I was I able to make a lot of gain so far. Still, we all don't have this magic crystal ball to predict the future - but a well thought allocation regarding to the current situation can help a lot as I experienced once more.
#wewillbeback soon with new power and have a great time and exchange together as a wonderful community I am so thankful for.
I just want to go sure to create the videos because I want to and not because I feel any pressure to have to - stay tuned and let’s keep in touch, from now on more than ever before!
