1️⃣Why is the actual weight and volume of the container different from the one provided when placing the order?
A: Cuz our sales only give you estimated data, the actual data can only be accurately calculated after production.
2️⃣Why can't all the goods be loaded on the actual loading day even though the packing list provided is available?
A: Cuz the actual loading of goods sometimes has irregular packaging sizes and bulges, it is difficult for us to control the actual volume of the package.
3️⃣Why did the warehouse still delay the loading date even though we told them the loading date in advance?
A: Due to some holidays and staff allocation issues, sometimes it is normal for the warehouse to load 5-10 containers, and they all need to queue up, so please wait patiently, we will arrange it ASAP.
4️⃣Can I arrange for goods from other suppliers to be loaded in your warehouse?
A: Sure, we can help you arrange to load the same container, but if it is heavy goods, we need to charge extra fees and inform the warehouse or project manager of your packing list in advance so that we can arrange it quickly.
